Just wondered as I know a person who was born from father and daughter incestuosly. She doesn't know this, yet has had a few miscarriages and now is pregnant.

Will the baby be born normal? Would you tell her she is born from incest if you knew but she didn't? She's about 7 months gone, so it's possible the baby maybe ok. Oh the incestuos couple told me they'll kill my kids if I tell her the truth!

  1. You can never tell - it's so complicated - the child could be born fine or the child could have alot of genetic problems/disabilities...

  2. Go to the police, they'll either be done for threatening you or having an incestuous relationship.

If this story is true that is. How can the daughter not know it's her dad but then both of the couple threatened you?

  3. statistically the child will likely be fine.

most of the royals of europe are intermarried.

  4. i'd call the cops and report that treath

it will come out through police work then probably as they end up questioning the persons involved, so then they brougth it down on themself and the police was the ones who choose to tell her

it can affect it yeah never know...she sertainly have a rigth to know so she can keep her child away from a harmfull enviroment...how would you know if you found out today that one of your kids grandparents was phedofile and none had bothered to alert you...while you all the while had been sending your kids into their house in good fait?

no get the police involved both for your safety and for her and her unborn baby's sake

  5. there is always a chance that their will be something wrong, but more than likely it will be something minor.  For example someone pointed out that most of the Royals in Europe were intermarried, but a lesser known fact is that they all had anemia (a minor type of blood disorder characterized by a missing factor 9 or iron deficiency which causes excess bleeding and lethargy) which stemmed from the incest.

as for if you should tell her: it's cheesy, but I live by "do unto others" rule. The best way to have peace of mind and go about life guilt free is to do as you would want done for you. Would you rather know, or is ignorance bliss?

On one hand it is something she can know and watch for complications with her own baby.

On the other it is something she would have the burden of having to either hide from him or have to tell him.

Best of luck. I don't envy you sweety. You have a tough choice to make.

  6. No one will know the state of health of the baby until it is born. Defective genes are more likely to be present in children if the parents are closely related. Genetic characteristics often skip a generation. Some charachteristics may not become apparent until later in life.

There is no point in speculating, no one here can give you a defininve yes or no.

How is it that you know that the couple are related but the daughter doesn't?

  7. It generally takes several generations of incest for abnormalities to show up. If the pregnant woman is pregnant by someone who isnt her dad brother or whatever it should be ok. Plus you shouldnt really tell her anything about her past. Its not your place to do so.

  8. Hmm this question doesn't seem very realistic but if this couple are threatening to kill you're kids then obviously don't tell them.

Also, yes I think the child will be fine although this can promote the chances of the child being disabled etc (the child being incestuos).

You could always go to the Police who may be prepared to help. I mean they are threatening you and it is illegal to have incestuos relationships!!

    Good luck
