  1. The Normal force is always less than or equal, never greater.     When the incline plane has an angle of 0 (No incline at all) the normal force will be equal to the weight.    Once you put a tiny angle the normal force will be less than the weight.  The more angle you put the smaller the normal force.  At extremese (approaching 90 degrees) the normal force will approach 0 Newtons.  Thinks about it, if you crank the plane up to 90 degrees the object will simply fall straight down....how much of the object is pushing on the plane at this point......it is zero.

  2. weight force is mg, normal force is reaction force of weight force component acting normal to plane.

    Weight force has following components:

    mgsin(theta) : force acting down incline

    mgcos(theta): force acting normal to incline

    theta = angle from horizontal

    normal force is only a reaction component of weight force, so it is less than weight force of an object.

  3. The normal force here is equal to the weight of the object.It is not less than the weight which is why it is not ripping and going through the surface  and neither is the normal force greater which is why it is not flying in the air. The reason why it is slipping down is that the normal reaction has two components out of which the vertical component is causing acceleration in the object.  When there is no incline then the vertical component is 0 so it stays there. When we increase this angle to 90 degrees then it simply falls down because both the components become 0 as there is no normal reaction at all.

  4. The force exerted on the object is equal,that is why the object doesn't fall.{resistive force =moving force)an parralel force is balanced(upward an downward}
