When an older woman says that I(A Guy) have a "Pretty Face", what does it mean?

Does it mean I'm good looking? Or does it mean that I look feminine and not attractive? I'm really confused, why would she use pretty instead of handsome?

Does it mean that I look like a girl, and that I have a pretty face, and not very attractive to the opposite s*x. Or does it mean that I am attractive?

To be honest, does it really matter?  Any time a woman compliments you, is your opportunity to crack jokes about them.  For instance, if a women says I have a "pretty face"....I would say something like "I know." or "Come on, can't you think of anything more original to say to me?"  Stuff like that.  The more unexpected the response (as long as it's not insulting, instead arrogant AND funny) the more it'll make her think and build attraction for you.

No, she is not implying that you look like a girl. She is saying that you have pretty features. For instance, some men have soft skin, some have long eyelashes.
