some wrestlers leave due to not getting along with other wrestlers.

bam bam bigelow and shane douglas left due to problems with the clique, maven due to problems with triple h

drug issues

jake the snake, crash holly, sensational sherri,

budget cuts

bobby the brain heenan, jimmy hart

A lot of people think its Vince, because he is the main cause for most of the superstars leaving.

But, wrestlers do also leave because they decided that they dont like the company, creative team, etc and its not always vince.

Look how small is the E.C.W roster and who is the Champ nuff said they leave W.W.E like Booker T and Kurt Angle for a better company or a better  job like most of them Rock actor and Brock Lesnar M.M.A

ummmmm, its a SOAP OPERA !!!

Its not real, its all scripted. Some wrestlers (actors) get their contracts extended and some do not. Its all about the DRAMA and how much $$ they can make off of the viewing audience.

So, if someone leaves, its either because

A. They are going to return cause the drama when they come back means huge $$$ profits.

B. Them leaving is making space for someone else who can turn a bigger profit.

It can be any circumstance as to why a wrestler leaves WWE. Money, tired of the road, creative differences....there are several factors.

a lot of people think that its because of vince because hes the chairman, but yes, it could be the other way because people could quit

yes it can, im sure that a lot of wrestlers in the past have left the WWE by choice.
