and the g325a biographic info and does she need to send her forms i485 to register as a permanent residence and i131 the same time or can we send i485, i131 later on after the petition

It is better to submit everything all together. I-130 packet and I-485 packet together. Especially I-131 and I-765 with I-485, since the filing fee of I-485 includes the filing fees of those 2. And you must include I-864 and G-325a with I-485.
