  1. It doesn't make a difference, but word to the wise is that you have been accepted and are unsure if you are going to go then go ahead and pay the deposit and hold your space and ask to defer acceptance to the next year or next semester so that you will not have to re-apply again.


  2. No, if you already applied, got accepted and didn't take the offer, it does not have an effect on when you reapply the year or the semester after.
