Chalk this up to another smart move by good old Rory. Knowing the money grabbing fever that possesses the Royals, Rory has persuaded Phil the Greek to divide up the extensive yard at Buckingham palace into 1 square foot lots. These will go on sale under the promotional banner 'Buckingham Palace Yard Sale' to fawning commoners in September.
