When are Red Hot Deals Days at Verizon?

I'm getting either the Samsung Alias or EnV 2 [ by the way, with one should I get] and I need it to be the amount of money it is on Red Hot Deals Days. The thing is, it doesn't say when they are. I heard someone say they heard something about it ending early June but I'm not sure. Also, how do they work, like can you buy a phone there and then leave with it, or do you have to do mail and rebate there. Thanks!!
