When are black and white tulips easy to get?

Like, when are they in bloom or something? Around what month (s)?

If you are looking for bulbs to plant, you should be placing orders now if you want them by mail order. They are usually shipped in September, but if you are looking for something rare or just different, they usually sell out before shipping dates. If you want to take a chance, you could wait for Home Depot or Lowes to get their bulbs in (not sure when, I don't buy from them) but you'll be taking a chance on if they'll have what you want.

Tulips bulbs are planted in the fall to flower the following spring.
