When are children's top two front teeth supposed to grow back?

My sons teeth fell out around march april and theres still no sign of them growing back.

The new teeth are up in his gums and are the reason the baby teeth fell out.  They will pop in pretty soon here and will look pretty big for his head.  Its because hs is a little boy and his teeth have to fit into his head as an adult. Give it some time.  He will be losing teeth and growing teeth until he is a teenager.

Don't worry, my two front teeth fell out when I was about 7 back in 1948 but they grew back taking in all about a year and looked bloody massive like two white tomb stones in the end.

it depends on why they fell out. if they fell out due to injury it could be a while until they grow in whereas if they became slck and fell out the second teeth normally come in within a few weeks. Ask the dentist when you are at the dentist for a checkup.

awe bless my son lost his two bottom teeth and the new ones were behind ready to move into place... It depends on the child but if you're worried take him to the dentist. x
