When are clearance sales for golf clubs?

I would like to know when the stores are giving the best prices on golf clubs.

The golf season generally ends for most people around the end of fall. When it begins to get below 50 degrees.

Hey try out play it again sports if you have one in your area.  I work there and we sell high end golf clubs that are used, but by our policy we sell them for at least half of what they are new.  I've gotten a couple of sets there.
