  1. I know how you feel, the gas is increasing very quickly everyday, but the economy is dropping, isn't that ironic?!?!? I am sure you want the gas price to drop, so does everyone else... let's prey! And it is all Bush's fault! He is not a very good president, I've got to say that! :D

  2. The petrol price will increase because the end is in sight and the oil producing countries never had a long term plan to keep their economies going, they realize that now.

  3. Oil will eventually go down.  People who say that we will run out of oil are mis informed.  Oil from wells is running out but look up oil shail.  There is enough of that in US to equal 10 times what saudia arabia has in regular oil.  Now that prices are higher it is more cost effective to pull that from the ground.  In canada they already are the leading supplier of oil to the US because of oil shail.  We just need washington to dump the environmenalists and allow companies to mine the shail.

  4. Never, Greed is never satisfied.

  5. they are ...?

Here in UK there like £1.30 per litre of diesel

and £1.18 per litre of unleaded..   expensive..? lol

  6. Too many factors .

too much demand and limited amount of oil as my friend in the above answer suggested .

the number of refineries globally is not enough to produce enough gasoline and diesel for the soaring demand especially during global disasters .

too much demand for plastics .

lower dollar which made oil prices like what they were in the early eighties comparatively .

i think as i heard in the media that lower prices are a possibility if the world feels more secure after Mr Bush leaves office by the end of the year . the dollar may rise and the American economy will be given a chance to breathe . the only thing with this suggestion is that Mr Bush still has 7 months to go and he may not leave the office before he sends the world into more havoc and chaos which may result in major deterioration in the world economy which  can't be reversed .

some analysts say that price of oil will be about 250 dollars by the time Mr Bush leaves , but from experience i know that it will be by the end of the year 300 dollars .

  7. ....never.

Type 'peak oil' into an internet search.

Basically, we have a limited amount of oil, and a rising demand.  Gas will never be cheaper than it is today.
