When are handfed pacific parrotlets fully weaned?

Question

on average when are they ready to go to a new home? Does weaning occur faster when you keep them in a group(the whole clutch together)

and when bringing home after getting settled in how long should you play with him? 1 hour sound right?

between 8-12 weeks, some say 6 weeks, but mine seem to have taken longer then that
