When are peak broadband hours?

Is it just 6pm - 9pm? Are there any other times which are considered peak times? Do these overlap exactly with phone peak hours?

Actually, there are two.  One from about 9:30 am until 3:00 pm, another smaller peak from about 6pm til 9pm.  At least that's what I see on my usage graphs for the internet connection at work here in Arizona.

That's a generic answer, because it depends on what time zone you occupy.  There are some overlaps between them.
