When are the best months or times to travel cheaply (ie cheap airline fares) to the ff:?

A. Its always expensive-- but our summer if their winter, so travelling in June-September is the cheapest.

B/C dont change to much. Peak seasons are probably fall and spring since thats when weather is the best.

Try http://www.farecompare.com -- put in LAX to your cities (I would check, but I don't know if you need Sydney, Perth, Alice Springs, Melbourne, Tel Aviv, etc.).  It shows you the cheapest for the upcoming 11 months.  You can also sign up for fare alerts to email while there.  I don't know of anything better to get a clear picture of just which months exactly are cheaper, based on real fares and not hypotheticals or guesses.
