The Japan Cup was last run on 26 November 2006, so will be a similar date in 2007.

The 2007 Dubai World Cup was run on 24th March 2007 and will be on a similar date in 2008.

The Melbourne Cup is run on the first Tuesday in November.

The Scottish Grand National is 21st April 2007

The Irish National was run on 9th April 2007

The Kentucky Derby will be run on 5th May - the same day as the 2,000 Guineas.

The Cheltenham Festival is run in mid-March for 4 days - Tuesday to Friday.

You shouldn't forget others such as the 2,000 Guineas (5th May), 1,000 Guineas (4th May); the Oaks (1st June), the Derby (2nd June) and Royal Ascot (12th - 16th June)
