When are they dropping to price to the new xbox 360 60 gb to 299 instead of 350?

because i heard that the were going to drop the price in september but im not sure if that was a rumor or not

i want to no because i heard that there going to discontinue the 20 gb and i dont have enough money for the 60 gb right now but i almost have enough for the 20 gb and want to no if i should get the 20 gb one or wait till the 60 gb one price drops
