When are they going to bring the boards back?

I mean the good boards, not the travesty we have now; there has to be a way they can lessen or eliminate trolling while not being totally ridiculous like the "boards" they have now are. They aren't linked to any subject, they post in seemingly random order, there has to be a better way.
