They Have . A bike seat is a very personal thing. What works for some may not work for you. Start with the bike,  make sure it fits you.

Best way to do this is to take it to a LBS (local bike shop). have them  measure you. If you still have an issue with the seat you may have to try one that has the space in the middle. Again the LBS should be helpful there as well.. make sure the bike fits.. this will get rid of a lot aches and pains..

They have made them for a long, long time. Have you when out to buy one?

You shouldn't be sitting on your wang.  Try adjusting the seat you have so that the seat surface is level with the ground, there are also fore-aft adjustments you can make to manipulate the amount of pressure you put on your wedding tackle.

If that doesn't solve your problem, then explore a new saddle.  Options are limitless.  They even have models with cutouts for your soft veggies, but most guys who ride don't use the "anatomically correct" gender specific saddle.  They get one that fits their rear end, adjust it properly, then ride for hours without damaging their hot dog.

Cyclists are hard- having a raw s*****m and sore backside is just something you have to put up with. My obsession with cycling makes me immune to such trivial things.

If it hurts your johnson, you're doing it wrong.  

Your bike needs some adjustment.  Seat angle, placement, hieght all should be looked at.
