I was working in NYC when Nixzmary Brown was killed and I know that her stepfather got something like 25 years..I do not think the mom has gone to trial yet. When are the laws going to change? This is not justice..when you get more time for non violent crimes than you do for torturing and than killing a child.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nixzmary_Brown

  1. When sleazy lawyers who care more about making a quick buck, than justice all die and burn in h**l.

  2. i didnt fully get your question but i think that they arent gunna cuz they usualley die or kill themselves in jail.

  3. Umm, it's your call what justice is.  25 years is a long time, and it's also the maximum allowed by law, provided specifically by statute.  If you want the law to change, then you can change it.

We're in a democracy.  You can blame the lawyers and the jduges and the bureaucracy all you want, but you have the power to have laws changed.

Stop asking rhetorical questions - you have the power to change this situation.

  4. The way things are going law enforcement is getting handcuffed everyday. In Kansas we now have to limit questions on traffic stops and can't ask any "unrelated" questions. Nor can we any longer ask passengers for ID. So if a person with not wants was driving around a person wanted for murder we would never know.

    Thanks Courts.

I know that's a little off from what you are asking but it all relates because of the courts they don't put child molesters away. I was working when a guy was convicted of 15 rapes and the judge gave 1 year probation. There needs to be a sentence rules book and not a sentence guidlines book.

  5. Hey, I put em back and the judges let em back out. I would have to say that the answer to that question is Ask A Judge. Then go vote !

  6. I know that NY is new to the Death Penalty, but in CA this would be a Life without the possibility of Parole or a Capital (Death Penalty) case.

  7. I agree, there isn't any justice in this world.
