  1. I agree with you, but the law is too soft. It doesnt matter about the victims, as long as the criminal is protected.

  3. i was shot with a air rifle by a 10 year old as he knew hed get away with it and he did and never named, the law stinks.

  4. Naming them won't 'shame' them though, it'll only shame the family.  Naming them would give them a platform and some sort of warped fame, and would give other good-for-nothings more incentive to behave like thugs.

    What they need is locking up for a decent length of time.  Same for anyone found carrying a knife.
