When are you supposed to wear thong panties?

Is it appropiate to wear them? What about when you don't even need to wear them? What are some kinds to get?

Don't wear them when you want to pass gas.  They hinder the process mightily.

Also not great when you're on your menses.

As far as fashion--anytime w/ anything except low-rise pants unless you want the 'waist' band to show over the top of your pants waist.  (not appropriate for most jobs or around children or the elder generation).  

They omit pantilines completely  and once you get used to them, (about 2-3 days)  they feel just like any other panty.

I wear thongs all the time - K Marts sells Boxer Joe & Fruit of the Loom brands, they both are very comfortable..

Usually people wear them if they're wearing white trousers, or to avoid a VPL.  If you want to wear them at other times, it's perfectly appropriate if that's what you want to do.

Just wear them for fun.  No one knows except you.  Don't get the ones at the Dollar Store ; they never stay up.  .

If you have a dress, skirt or some pants that show your panty line. Cotton or whatever you think is comfortable.

If you're in for an intimate evening then get some pretty lacy ones.

i wear them when ever i want.   They are appropriate for almost any ocasion but there are some ocasions where you pretty much have to wear them to avoid visable panty line which is tacky and distracting.  An example of this would be if you were wearing a clingy dress  - then you would have to wear a thong.  well i mean there is no law against it but everyone will be looking at your VPL instead of noticing how beautiful you are.   There are all different kinds of thongs - just go look at victoria secret!

You wear thongs only if someone may be able to see something... if they cannot then don't wear anything... =) But a cute pair of panties is nice too.... hmmmmm... I guess if you feel like wearing them then do so!! If not... not
