When attempting to make a group email list, I keep getting a windows error message, that says you cannot?

have certain symbols in your list,one of the symbols is @, that is in all emails? Maybe I am doing the process wrong I don't know, can you give me an explaination or take me through the steps of forming a group email address for my poker party? Thanks

This is how to do it using Microsoft Outlook Express. First, make sure you have all the email addresses of your poker buddies in your email Address Book. Then you can set up your email Group.

When setting the email group up, the Group Name is not an email address; just name it something like "Poker Party".

Then click on "Select Members".  This will pull up your address book. click one time on a member, then click "Select".  Repeat with the next person, then the next until you have all of your buddies listed including yourself. Then click "OK".

When you are ready to send a poker party group email, open a new email, click on your address book or "To". Scroll down to "Poker Party" and double click it.  Then type in the body of your email and click Send.  The message will be sent to all members of "Poker Party" including yourself.

You can add new people to the group or remove them as needed.
