  1. You cannot hunt them because they are protected by law as being our national bird.

  2. NO.  They are still the national symbol of the United States of American and it is illegal to hunt them.  It has been illegal to hunt them since 1940 (The Bald Eagle Protection Act).

  3. No, you may not hunt eagles as they are still protected by federal law even though no longer considered endangered.  There are many protected animals that are not endangered species.  There are several tiers of protection for animals and birds.  Even when an animal or bird is no longer (or never was) federally protected the hunting of most species is regulated by state or local laws which serve in part to protect the proliferation of the species.

  4. Are you serious?!?!?!No!You can't hunt them! Are you wack?

  5. no, because bald eagles are important to our environment and if you hunt them they're won't be any more bald eagles left.

  6. You didn't have to wait 50 years.  You can hunt them while they are on the endangered species list.  Take lots of pictures though, you'll need the memories; it'll be another 50 years before they let you out of jail.

Darwin Award winners are endangered, too

  7. No and never.  They are a protected species in this country.

  8. you are not endangered...can I hunt you????

  9. No.  They are not only endangered, but also the bird that represents the United States.  So it is against the law.  Now and when they come off the endangered list.

  10. Do you suppose hunters and their awesome recipes are why the eagles became endangered to begin with?

You can't use any other bird for that meal?

  11. no but you can hunt the really hairy eagles

  12. ummm besides the fact that its illegal [in most states] because its one of our nations most important symbols-no. and may i just say EWWWW MEAT EATER! [disgust me]

  13. ew

  14. If you have been waiting fifty years to use a recipe for bald eagle, then you SHOULD be old enough to know that your question is really silly. Bald eagles probably don't taste very good anyway. That's why they are our national bird. Ben Franklin suggested the venerable wild turkey be honored as our national bird, but they were just too tasty. Just because something isn't endangered doesn't mean you have to kill it. I am NOT an anti-hunter, but seriously, why do people always want to kill predatory animals like bears, wolves, mountain lions, and BALD EAGLES? Killing and eating elk, deer, moose, etc. is good conservation. Killing predators who cull out weak and/or diseased animals is bad conservation. When a predatory animal kills and eats a weaker, slower, or sicker animal, the quality of the gene pool is increased, hence, healthier, smarter, faster prey animals. Sorry to get off topic. Anyhow, I don't think you'll be getting a chance to kill any bald eagles, so sorry dude.

  15. NO you can not hunt any animal that is not listed for you to be able to hunt by conservation. That would include Cardinals,Robins,Eagles,Owls,Ect.All birds of pray are protected by law in the U.S. and the penalty would be stiff if you killed any.By the way the reason why Eagles ended up endangered was because of the use of DDT's witch was sprayed in agricultal use. This made the Eagles egg shells thin.

  16. Go ask the FBI.

  17. YES!!  Why don't you do that, so that they can become endangered all over again!  And you can use that recipe in another century or so!

  18. You should not. If you and many many other people start "hunting bald eagles JUST because they have a really AWESOME recipe they HAVE to use " the ecosystem will likely be destroyed. And the people that have tried to bring these animals back over years and years will have done that for nothing because people like you will have killed them all over again.

This is a really stupid question and you should have thought about this one your self.
