  1. I have bowled for six years now and to tell you the truth you bowl how ever it fits you, I bowl with a strait arm i start of bent then bring my arm back straight it out then come forward with your arm and follow all the way threw you can try it it works for me but that is just me you can try it but it al depends on how you feel bowling it but dont bowl with just two fingers in the holes it never works like that it is a bad way to bowl.

also depends if you have your own ball or you use a house ball if you use a house ball do not join a league get your own bowling ball if you are really intrested in bowling practice alot then join a league. All i do is practice, practice, practice, and practice I average 213 if you know what that means well good luck and remember practice make perfect.

  2. For best results from urself keep the elbow straight and try to bowl straighter and on the stumps. After this, practise swing bowling by moving ur two fingers on the ball in ur desired direction. More practise is needed to master an art and u can surely do that. Take care!

  3. You are only allowed a certain amount of latitude on this rule, KooKee will know, I'm not sure. I think it's something like 15%, but I may be entirely wrong. lol

  4. The rule is that for a fast bowler the arm is allowed no more than 5 degrees bend, 10 degrees for spin bowlers

  5. s the elbow has to be straight while bowling

  6. windmill motion

  7. Yes i thought the elbow also had to be straight at the point of delivery...

  8. its 15 degree and not 15 %.......previously it used to be 5 for spinners and 10 for quikkies........but now its 15 degrees for everyone...this 15 degree is the bent near the elbow joint  and not at the shoulder....you can even bowl from chest hight,,without bending your elbow ofcourse...
