I'm burning movies and I want to know what the best setting to set it for Pal or NTSC

  1. PAL if your dvds and tv support it. By far the best. Burn a dvd a give it a try.

  3. qlink_aardvark is absolutely right.  FWIW, according to some TV techies in Europe, NTSC stands for Never Twice the Same Colour.
