When butchers make mince meat do they add the bones?

i agree with dan said thou, i have a gud realtionship with my butcher so i trust him and he knws what i excpects

That would definitely depend on the butcher.

I never by pre-packed, though. I'm a regular customer, and I'm there when he does. I;m sure he wouldn't be tempted to add skin and bones, but when he does it in front of me then I know for sure

That would seem ridiculous to me, I would have to say no.

A long time ago I used to make it, and the only ingredients were cheap cuts of meat and a certain amount of fat. Any decent butcher would do the same.
