When buying a digital camera from Dell, does it not come with accessories?

i recently bought a canon powershot sd1100 from dell which is still being processed. it wasn't clear if the battery charger was included w/ the camera. when i checked other stores and the canon website, it shows that the charger is "included" in the box. is it possible for dell not to include all original accessories, yet charge the same price? i will be calling them to find out, but i'm just curious and will be upset if i realize that i have to pay extra for something that should be included. thanks!
