When caller ID says "blocked name and number"?

i get phones calls from someone and my caller ID says "Blocked Name/Blocked Number" and when you pick up the phone they hang up. does anyone ever get something like that from telemarketers? or could this be an actually person playing games

no it prob isnt a telemarketer...it is someone trying to prank you. i usually dont answer it when it says that.

That's an automated call system from a telemarketing service. They do that to see what times of the day you will answer the phone so they'll know when to call next time they want to try and sell you something.

usually its our neighbors playing

games with us, ughh kids.

and also my mom gets those from stupid telemarketers,

its stupid.

but depending on your phone cmopany you can easily

have privacy protector, which prevents unknown callers

from calling.
