scholarships.com - they have thousands!  Also FastWeb.com and fastaid.com.  You can even fill out a profile and get just the ones you qualify for!  Get ready, though.  A lot of them require essays!  Good luck!  I started applying for scholarships as a freshman in high school, but there may be some you can apply for sooner - they will sort for you when you do your profile.

Start at junior year, some scholarships will take you on that early, and then all through your senior year. Apply to as many as you can, and be thorough, don't leave any stones unturned. Make sure you have joined civic clubs and have helped in humanitarian ways. Going to church, and helping around your neighborhood is good. Sometimes, special request are made for letters from your pastor or priest or youth leader. Those letters are very helpful in landing scholarships. File you FAFSA application, when you can, that alone is a HUGE help, financially. Good luck and always think positive.
