When can I expect a Luminous Arc 2 ROM?

I want to know when I can expect the sequel to Luminous Arc on NDS to be out after its release in November, translated in English. How long does it take for a ROM to be produced ?

It depends on the people that rip the game. If the English version of the rom comes out 3 weeks for now. You can almost be certain that the rom will popup on the web the day it's released if not that same week.
