When can I re-watch Clinton's Exit Speech?

Question

Unfortunately, I am missing Clinton's Exit Speech as I post. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me when a network on TV will re-show the speech in its entirety AFTER 2PM (Pacific). Watching it online is not an option.

If you know this information please post the network and the time they will re-show it. If you give me the correct network and time I will give you the 10 points.

All of C-Span broadcasts are Eastern Daylight Saving Times.

Go to C-Span, www.c-span.org. They rebroadcast all of their programming. You can also go to your local radio and television listings. If you go to the right search engine, you can get your local listings on the Internet.

MSNBC is telling viewers that it will re-air the speech in its entirety at 4 p.m. EST.

I missed it too. I didn't think about the time zones and I missed it by an hour. I watched a couple of short segments on CNN.com but their video site is not working very well today for some reason and it's less than 3 minutes of it total anyway. I've been looking for it too. If I find it, i'll check back in.
