I just miscarried on Tuesday. My bleeding is slowing down. Could I have start having s*x again when the bleeding stops? My hubby and I are going to try again after I get my period.

How will s*x feel like after a miscarriage? I heard it hurts? 'Down there' feels weird right now. Sorry if tmi, but when I wash it, it feels different. I don't know how to explain it but anyways.

How soon can I have s*x again and how will it feel? Thanks!

  1. I had 3 miscarriages. The doctor said to wait 4 weeks to have s*x. He also told me to wait 6 months to try again, this gives your body time to heal. It may be a little painful, you really should wait to heal a little more. Use K-Y jell, use nothing that could cause infection. Bad, really bad if you do. Don't use harsh soaps and rinse well. Wash gently. Wear panties with a Cotton crotch, important. Cotton absorbs moisture. Sorry about your loss. Maybe next time.

  2. I myself have had several miscarriages very early in pregnancy. My doctors advice was to wait till you stop bleeding completely and give your body some time to recover. As far as pregnancy goes You might want to give your body at least 2 cycles to rest and restore the lining of the Uterus so your next pregnancy has a good chance of sticking. Don't forget to take your prenatal vitamins and eat well and get proper sleep. Don't Drink or do drugs and stay Healthy.

    Good luck

  3. i'd give it a couple of days after the bleeding stops for s*x....  you need to see a doctor if you haven't already to make sure all of the tissue is gone and your hormones have gone back to normal levels (which could explain your sensitivity down there)

as far as trying for pregnancy again, you should wait until you have had 2 normal cycles, to let your body recover more fully
