When can a Colorado minor choose which parent they live with?

I am interested in moving in with my dad, and I would be able to still see my mom on weekends and holidays. I have thought this schedule and decision out, but I can't seem to find the answer as to when I'm old enough to choose who I live with. Please help, and thanks in advance.

well usually it is around 18 i think, but in a case where the parents divorce, they will actually have papers that they signed that say when u r alowed to choose, until u reach that age in the documents, ur stuck with what they decide. good luck!
