  1. Arrest warrants, felony or misdemeanor, can be served anytime and anywhere.

    Misd  warrants can only be served between the hours of 0700 and 2200 unless the person is in a public place.  

  4. Oh yes, definitely anytime. But the real question is do the police think it's worth their time to go pick up every person with a warrant for petty things like writing a bad check or making harrassing calls. Most often, they really wait until they have some contact with you, then they'll snatch you in.

  5. Yep. Can be served anytime. I like to serve them at 3-4 o'clock in the morning when they are sound asleep and less likely to expect it.
