When can birds leave their clutch?

my friend recently got a boy parakeet and 5 girls.the boy has chosen a mate and i am thinking of choosing two babies from the clutch.when can they come home?

As long as they are fully weaned (eating by themselves) and you have seen them eating for a few days with no problems they are good to go.
