When can i apply for my provisional?

Once you have reached the age of sixteen you can apply for your provisional license in order to learn how to drive. You must do this before you sit the theory and Hazard Perception tests and should be aware that you are not permitted to drive either before you apply for your provisional driving license or whilst waiting for it to arrive. You must also not begin learning to drive in a vehicle until you have reached your seventeenth birthday.

It depends on the state that you are in. You might be able to apply when you are 15 1/2. Some say sixteen, it just depends.
