When can i apply for the next Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery?

everytime i go to the site...it says The entry registration period for DV-2009 is now over and all submission processing at this website has stopped. When't the next deadline and how to apply for it? Does Pakistan qualify? Pakistan birth place and one of the parent is from Indian origin(by birth). Please guide.

If they are the parents, why not apply to bring them here as family member?  Any way you try is probably going to take time due to the high number of petitions being filed now.  Try  http://USCIS.gov/ for more information and listing of forms.
