When can i develop my vibrato?

im 15 and been singing since 12 i guess

i wanna know when i can develop my vibrato? at what age do most singers develop their vibrato?

vibrato should be a natural thing.  You should have a relaxed throat and a full stream of breath and it should happen.  You should get with a voice teacher to get help with controlling and finding your 'ring'.
