When can i get my liscense?

Ok, so I got my permit on March 21 this year (good friday), but my actual birthday was Feb. 26th. I know I can get it as soon as i turn 16, but everyone says you have to have your permit for at least a year. So can I get my liscense on my birthday, or do I have to wait until after march 21st? Thanks!

It depends on what state you live in.  In Nebraska you can get a limited drivers license at age 14 with restrictions for driving to school, one with less restrictions at age 16 and a full unrestricted license at age 18.  

Every state is different.
