When can i take a pregnancy test when i have no period to go off of ?

I was wondering i have hyper thyroid daises so since my white flexural so much i don't have periods so i was wondering with that how soon after having s*x with some one can i take a pregnancy test because i know usually they are off your period but i don't have one any help would be great
