Since it's brand new and the first Webkinz to fly, I am sure it will be hard to find.  Try Hallmark, J.C. Penny,  Limited Too and Justice For Girls.

Someone mentioned Walgreens - They old carry the Lil Kinz Pet of the Month that is associated with the Webkinz Cares Foundation.  They have a different Pet of the month for $6.99.  July is the Lil Kinz Cow.  I got it and it's sooooo cute.  It shows up in Webkinz World smaller than other Webkinz.
