  1. I dont think its actually possible to quit worrying.  I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks and am pregnant again and 25 weeks along. I still check for blood and wouldnt let myself even get excited about being pregnant again until I was well into my 2nd trimester since my miscarriage was so emotionally painful.   All you can do is take it day by day.

    Good luck

  2. Never!  I was worried the whole time!

  3. You can stop worrying right now because worrying isn't going to make it not happen.

I think after a certain number of weeks it's called a "stillbirth" and not a miscarriage anymore.

Relax.  Your baby will be fine.  Your anxiety doesn't help anything.  Eat right, avoid sodium, take your prenatals, don't gain too much weight, get regular exercise and see your doctor.  What more can you do?
