When changing user accounts?

I created a new user account on my laptop..my old one was a little messed up. I was wondering if it was possible to transfer information from one user account to another. Like my pictures, documents, favorite websites, and songs downloaded from Lime Wire. I have a lot of stuff on my old account and don't want to lose it. So, is it possible to get it all over to my new one?

Log in as a user with administrative account and go into the old user's documents and copy to the new user's documents folder.

for xp - C:\Documents and Settings

for vista - C:\Users\

well you could save the information on a cd or a usb key and transfer it to the new account.
