When comparing both acceptance speeches who had the most empty rhetoric honestly?

Of course McCain. John McCain delivered what was billed as a major acceptance speech, but included no new policies, proposals or ideas. After telling the American people what he would NOT do to address the mortgage crisis, our struggling economy, and the war in Iraq,  McCain delivered a speech that not only offered no plan to solve these problems, but seemed to repackage the same rhetoric. His whole entire speech focused on attacks against Obama's plans as president but in the process, he did not discuss any ideas or plans of his own.
