  2. In most instances no, it doesn't matter.  If it is a long run, then yes they should be the same length.

  3. no m8,if its surround sound its not possible anyway and if its 2.1 it don't matter,mind and leave yourself plenty extra cable when you do connect them as once you have them wired you can mess around with various positions to get the sound your looking for ,you do,nt need to worry about cable length at all ,enjoy.

  4. It's not vital, just recommended.
