  1. Absolutely.

    In fact, I don't eat dark meat chicken at all, so when I make jerk chicken I always use b*****s.

    As long as you use Canola oil or Olive oil in your marinade instead of vegetable or a high saturated fat type oil, it is quite healthy.

    Eat guilt-free.


  2. You sure can. It is healthier grilled or cooked with less and/or healthier fat.

  3. yes it is ok to use the chicken breast (its better for you than the dark meat) dark meat is oilier and has more fat.  I think jerk chicken is healthy as long as you use a jerk rub, opposed to a marinade.

    Yes, if grilled w/o much fat, jerk chicken can be healthy.

    put a tad of white cooking wine in the bottom of the baking dish to poach with

  7. score the breast about 5 or 6 times to let the jerk get inside the meat propa and stand for an houre b4 cooking in the oven at 200 for 40 mins, enjoy

    and I think its just as healthy as normal grilled or baked chicken, dont fry it.. yuck.
