  1. Don't leave the pan dry. Pour in a small amount of stock so that the shrimps get a bit moist in between the flesh and skin.


  2. Use a non-stick pan or wok.

  3. add oil to the water or pray them with pam



  4. Shrimp meat sticks to the shell when it's over cooked! Most people cook shrimp way too much. Turn as soon as it turns pink and cook another 30 seconds until the flesh is opaque, total time about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes and it will not stick!
