  1. Why are you practicing barefoot, that's stupid, y would you do a thing like that unless you are a contemporary dancer, but in that case why would your feet start to hurt suddenly, why would they do a thing like that, you tell me, yup, now i'm asking the questions, what are you gonna do about that you weird question asker, but, I love contemporary dance, I think It'ss more amazing than my boyfriend, so go girl, and practicing barefoot can't be good for your feet if you havent built up calluses yet, oh yeah, buff cat out!!!

  2. yeah thats very normal. its kind of like a floor burn on your foot. for my dance studio, we use these things called dance paws. it looks like your dancing barefoot but they help u turn easier and its not to slippery.

here is a link to some dance paws

  3. Well, it's normal if you're practicing barefoot!! Solution: Don't practice barefoot!! Buy a cheap pair of ballet shoes, or, what I do, is foot on a pair of ankle socks, then fold the upper half and tuck it into the lower half, so I'm basically wearing half a sock. This is easy to turn in. But if your practicing a fast dance, don't wear socks because that's too slippery.

  4. Yea If your Bearfoot! My feet hurt if i walk around barefoot

  5. Well, yes, if you are barefoot!  You should wear ballet shoes or high socks, that way the shouldn't hurt.  If you are doing jumps and stuff, I would try something a little bit thicker or padded, so your feet won't be able to feel the (somewhat hard) ground.
