When dating outside their race, are Hispanic women attracted more to black or white men?

Personally, I've always been attracted to black men. I'm Salvadoran and have dated nothing but black men. One of my best friends, however, a Puerto Rican girl, dates only white guys. What is the general consensus?

For many years, I dated nothing but white men and eventually ended up marrying one. However, I recently entered into an adulterous affair with a black man, which my husband is well aware of, but have not come to some conclusion on which race I prefer. I'm Mexican by the way, and I just tend to be attracted to nice, intelligent men who have goals, dreams, and aspirations.

I'm hispanic and I'm usually attracted to white and asians.  At the end, it really doesn't matter to me what they are.

I think it depends on the individual.  I'm more attracted to black guys than white guys.  But I know a girl who likes white guys.

Hispanics in general are very racist toward black people, specially Mexicans, and I hear Salvodorians as well.  A lot of Hispanics were raised with their parents telling them not to cross the line dating a black person.  So probably Hispanic women in general are more attracted to white men than to black men.

But the real question here is, who cares about the race you date?, date whoever you like.  The important think is to be with somebody that loves you and respect you, and don't let race to be an issue to reach happines.

Usually they like white men because of their status. Hispanics, no offense to anybody, are lowest on the totem pole. So naturally they most of the time go for caucasians.

I'm Mexican, and am generally much more attracted to black men, but have found myself engaged to a wonderful white man. Go figure. :)
